Germany's women in the part-time trap

The gender pay gap in Europe's largest economy still persists.

March 8 is International Women's Day. A good reason to reflect on how Germany is progressing in closing the gender pay gap. The answer is sobering: in 2023, women in Germany still earned 18% less per hour than men.
