LocationsChange of leadership at LBBW location in India: Vijaykumar H. Bhatia, who has led the representative office in the West Indian economic metropolis of Mumbai for over 20 years, is retiring. Sandeep Babbar will succeed him on 1 November.
A chartered accountant, Sandeep Babbar completed his MBA studies at the University of Nottingham (UK) and then worked in the banking and financial sector for over 20 years, which included international banks and export credit agencies. “In Sandeep Babbar, we are pleased to find a new chief representative who has in-depth knowledge of the local export and financial sector and thus can expand our activities in India”, said Jens Rübbert, Head of LBBW for the Asia/Pacific Region.
